I know that authors tend to incorporate real places into their works of fiction, but, frankly, I was amazed at the scenes I saw that were EXACTLY as they were described or illustrated in the early books. They include:

Glen Road, 2 miles outside Sleepyside, where Trixie and all the Bob Whites lived. Ms. Tatham lived on Glendale Road, two miles from Ossining.
