Of course, I was excited to learn that I wasn't alone, but what excited me the most was to learn that there is a real Crabapple Farm located in a real Sleepyside. The first ever Trixie Belden Convention was held there and many of the places referenced in the books were identified and visited. I've yet to attend one of the conventions, but two years ago I made my first pilgrimage to Sleepyside-on-the-Hudson, better known as Ossining, New York. | ||||
